A program of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, Breakthrough Solutions is a cutting edge initiative with multiple partner organizations dedicated to equipping and assisting communities and regions succeed in the 21st century economy. For over 10 years, Breakthrough Solutions (formerly VisionWorks) has been working with communities and regions to find ways to harness the forces of change in the new economy.
